StretchLab Bethesda/Chevy Chase is growing and hiring Flexologists to join our studio team.

This is a hands-on, movement-based role designed for individuals who want to work directly with clients to improve mobility, flexibility, and recovery. It’s a strong fit for personal trainers, fitness professionals, massage therapists, and those pursuing or considering a career in physical therapy .

No prior assisted stretching experience is required. We provide comprehensive paid training and certification.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions tailored to each client
• Safely guide movement using proper body mechanics and technique
• Support improvements in mobility, flexibility, and recovery
• Educate clients on how their body moves and how to maintain progress
• Build strong client relationships through consistent, high-quality sessions
• Maintain a clean, professional studio environment
• Work collaboratively as part of a team

Compensation

Total earnings typically range from $30–$35+ per hour , including:

• Hourly base pay
• + Session-based earnings
• + Tips
• + Commission opportunities

Position:

The purpose of the Studio Ambassador/Wellness Advisor is to assist the Studio Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio and booking them into Intro Classes. The Wellness Advisor also assists with retaining current members. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Studio Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
• Book and confirm intro classes
• Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting an individual’s needs and wants
• Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production
• Emphasize and enforce the objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
• Present available services to current or prospective members
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro classes
• Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club
• Ensure the studio is clean and tidy
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one and group assisted stretch and retail
• Ability to learn and use the Studio CRM software system
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Must have proficient computer skills
• Daily and/or occasional travel may be required
