As a Virtual Administrative Assistant at 111 Sign Inc you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing calendars scheduling appointments and organizing meetings
• Handling correspondence and communication both internally and externally
• Assisting with document preparation data entry and record-keeping
• Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations as needed
• Handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
• Assisting with online retail platform management on Amazon and Etsy
• Supporting the team with various administrative tasks and projects

Essential Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy work
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with online retail platforms like Amazon and Etsy is a plus

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support roles
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
