  • Learn and work within the firm's investment-management and trading procedures.
  • Assist other members of the investment and operations team as needed.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, conscientious and naturally pays attention to the small details.

You should have:

  • An Associate's degree or higher , preferably in business, finance, accounting, economics or a related field.

  • Good verbal and telephone communication skills.
  • Professional written communication skills.
  • The ability to follow established procedures consistently.
  • The ability to work independently while knowing when to ask questions.
  • A willingness to learn the fundamentals of investments, retirement plans and financial markets.
  • A clean background check .
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who:
  • Takes pride in getting things right.
  • Double-checks their work rather than assuming it is correct.
  • Can stay focused when performing repetitive but important tasks.
  • Is comfortable learning new technology.
  • Is dependable and takes ownership of their responsibilities.
  • Wants to learn and grow within a financial-services organization.

As you gain experience and demonstrate your abilities, there may be opportunities to assume additional responsibilities and develop into a more advanced role within the firm.

Work Environment

This is primarily an in-office position during the initial training period. Because accuracy, security and familiarity with our systems are extremely important, new employees are expected to work in the office and become proficient in the role before transitioning to remote work.

After approximately six months , employees who have demonstrated strong performance, reliability and the ability to work independently may have the opportunity to work from home on a hybrid or remote basis , subject to company policy.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive entry-level compensation based on education and experience.
  • Opportunity for advancement within a growing Registered Investment Adviser firm.
  • On-the-job training in retirement plans, investments and portfolio management.
  • Potential for a hybrid/work-from-home arrangement after approximately six months.
