Location: Pineville, LA

Pay: $15.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

A local municipality in Pineville, LA is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for Street Repair Technician positions. This role is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving streets, roadways, sidewalks, and public infrastructure to help ensure safe travel for residents and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain streets, roadways, sidewalks, and related infrastructure
• Assist with pothole repairs, patching, and roadway maintenance projects
• Perform concrete, asphalt, and surface repair work as needed
• Set up traffic control devices and work zones safely
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
• Load, unload, and transport materials to job sites
• Inspect streets and public areas for maintenance needs
• Follow all safety procedures and work-site guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous construction, road maintenance, utility, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds or more
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the workday
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
