Pipe InsulatorChicago Heights, Illinois - Posted on October 23, 2026 Published By Justin BowersTrillium Construction is now seeking an Industrial Pipe Insulator in Chicago Heights, IL!Industrial Pipe Insulator is responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and removing thermal insulation and protective coverings on industrial piping systems, tanks, vessels, ductwork, and related equipment.Job Duties:Install, repair, and remove insulation on industrial piping, valves, fittings, tanks, vessels, and equipment.Measure, cut, shape, and fit insulation materials, including fiberglass, mineral wool, calcium silicate, cellular glass, and other specified materials.Install metal and non-metal jacketing, including aluminum, stainless steel, and galvanized sheet metal.Fabricate and install insulation covers, valve boxes, elbows, tees, reducers, and other pipe fittings.Pay rate is $40/hr. Candidates will be working 50+ hours a week, M-F for 2-3 months.
