Experienced Residential HVAC Installer

$30–$40/Hour | $120K–$130K Potential Earnings | Year-Round Employment

Vertex Mechanical is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Installer  who knows how to deliver dependable, high-quality heating and cooling installations. Your Role in the Field

You'll oversee residential HVAC installation projects, ensuring systems are installed correctly, customers are treated professionally, and every job is completed with care.

• Manage complete heating and cooling system replacements, from preparing the job site to equipment startup.
• Install residential HVAC equipment according to manufacturer specifications, safety standards, and local codes.
• Coordinate with fellow technicians and office personnel to keep installations moving efficiently.
• Diagnose installation challenges and find practical solutions without compromising quality.
• Protect customers' homes, maintain a clean workspace, and leave each job ready for the homeowner to enjoy.
• Explain new equipment and basic system operation to homeowners before completing the project.
• Help maintain consistent installation standards through strong workmanship, organization, and attention to detail.

Pay:  Earn $30–$40 per hour, with total annual earnings of $120,000–$130,000 possible when performance incentives are included

Schedule: Monday through Friday; year-round work with no seasonal layoffs and no on-call shifts after 8:00 PM.

We're looking for a capable residential installer who takes ownership of their work, communicates well, and understands the importance of getting each installation right.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• EPA certification
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Working knowledge of residential heating and cooling equipment installation
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Professional conduct and respect for customers and their homes
• Dependability, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality
• Clear communication and a collaborative approach to working with the team
